$10 CANCELLATION FEE

Members who are 14 years old or younger must be accompanied by a parent/guardian while gaming.
When purchasing a membership you agree to follow Pixel Planet Gaming Lounge's Gamer Code of Conduct
Failure to follow our Gamer Code of Conduct may result in termination of your membership and access to our gaming facility
Pixel Planet Gaming Lounge is a family-oriented business and shall be treated as one by ALL who enter
Memberships will be continuous. Once a member runs out of game time Pixel Planet Staff can then renew the membership at the same or any other level.
Game time will be deducted from member accounts after each visit to Pixel Planet Gaming Lounge. Staff will notify a member when they are close to running out of game time
To cancel your Pixel Planet Gaming Lounge Membership, member or member's parent/guardian will need to process a $10 CANCELLATION FEE. This will end your contract with Pixel Planet Gaming Lounge and return the former member to a regular HOURLY RATE
